These terms govern your use of the Away Kingdom game and the awaykingdom.com website, and are the game's end-user licence agreement. By downloading or playing the game you accept them.
Who can play
The game is rated 9+. If you are under 18 you need the permission of a parent or guardian to play and to make purchases.
Your account
You start as a guest: your kingdom lives only on that device. Once you save your account with an e-mail you can sign in from other devices. Keeping your password safe is your responsibility, and you are responsible for what happens on your account. Accounts may not be sold, rented, or transferred.
Your licence to play
We grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to play the game. You may not decompile, modify, distribute, or make derivative works from it.
Virtual items and currency
Gems, resources, cosmetics and other in-game items have no real-world value. You do not buy them — you receive a licence to use them. They cannot leave the game, be transferred to another person, or be exchanged for real money. We may change an item's price, effect or availability when balance requires it, and we do not convert in-game currency back into money.
Purchases and subscriptions
All purchases are made through the Apple App Store; Apple takes the payment and we never see your card details. An auto-renewable subscription renews itself unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, and Apple charges your account at that point. You can manage and cancel a subscription in your device's Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple, and your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
Fair play
Offline rewards are validated on the server. Manipulating your device clock, using automation or bots, exploiting bugs, accessing someone else's account, or reverse-engineering the game are not allowed. When we detect them we may warn you, reverse rewards, suspend the account, or close it.
What you write
Your username, clan name and clan chat are seen by other players. Abuse, harassment, hate speech, spam, advertising and unlawful content are not allowed. We may remove such content and act on the account behind it.
Availability and changes
Away Kingdom is an online service, so maintenance, updates and technical faults can interrupt it. We may change, add or remove features. If we ever have to shut the game down we will announce it a reasonable time in advance.
Ending your account
You can leave at any time with Settings → Delete Account inside the game; your account and your in-game items are permanently deleted and cannot be restored. We may also close an account for a serious breach of these terms.
Intellectual property
All text, art, audio, code, concept, name and logo of the game and the site belong to Away Kingdom. They may not be copied, derived from, or commercially redistributed without permission. You are free to share footage of the game in videos and streams.
Disclaimer and liability
The game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage arising from outages, data loss, or lost in-game progress. Your mandatory rights as a consumer are not affected by this clause.
About Apple
This agreement is between you and us; Apple is not a party to it. All support, maintenance and claims concerning the game are ours — Apple has no such obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it against you upon your acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and disputes are subject to the courts of İstanbul. As a consumer, the mandatory protections of your own country of residence still apply to you.
Changes to these terms
If we update these terms we change the date on this page. We announce a significant change in the game or by e-mail; continuing to play afterwards means you accept the new terms.
