Away Kingdom ("we") respects your personal data. This policy describes what we collect when you use the pre-launch waitlist form, how we use it, and your rights.
Data we collect
We collect only the email address you provide when joining the waitlist. We do not request your name, phone number, or other personal data.
How we use it
We use your email only for (1) launch announcement, (2) beta invitations, and (3) developer updates. We never sell it or share with ad networks.
Third-party services
We use Resend (resend.com) for email delivery and Vercel (vercel.com) for hosting. Both are governed by their own privacy policies.
Retention
Your email is retained until you unsubscribe. You can request deletion at any time via the contact below.
Your rights (GDPR / KVKK)
You have rights to access, rectify, erase, object to processing, and port your data. Email hello@awaykingdom.com — we respond within 30 days.
Cookies and Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 for traffic insights; IP addresses are anonymized client-side and never matched to your identity. No marketing or remarketing cookies. Otherwise only essential storage (e.g. language preference in localStorage) is present.
